In accordance with TGA guidelines the promotion of cosmetic procedures and treatments inclusive of pricing, product brands, treatment areas and before and afters are prohibited. Information pertaining to your treatment will be discussed extensively with you during the consultation process.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

In scheduling your consultation and treatment, you are consenting to ourTerms and Conditions (“T&C”).

No-shows and late cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your booking deposit. We understand that life happens and sometimes re-scheduling is required at late notice.

If you are running late to your appointment or need to re-schedule your appointment within 12 hours of the allocated booking time, please contact FACE SMITH directly. It is at the discretion of the practitioner to re-schedule your appointment to a later date / time if you are unable to attend on time, this is to allow subsequent bookings to run as scheduled and to ensure sufficient time to prioritise thorough consultation, treatment and safety.

It is mandatory that you have completed your consent form prior to receiving any treatment, failure to complete this may result in your booking being cancelled.

Failure to confirm your booking may result in cancellation.

At all times, please be kind, courteous and respectful to the practitioner and other patrons when visiting FACE SMITH.

A quotation will be always be discussed with you prior to receiving treatment. Payment is due on the day of your appointment and not at a later date, thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
